Maxfield Pre-Order Terms and Conditions

 

By completing a pre-order purchase with Maxfield, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Vendor Confirmation and Availability

All pre-order purchases are subject to vendor confirmation and allocation. Submission of payment or pre-order request does not guarantee fulfillment. Designers and vendors retain full discretion over inventory allocation and may decline or cancel orders at any time prior to shipment. If a pre-order request is approved and confirmed by the vendor, the client will receive an invoice via email for the full order amount. Payment of the invoice is required to secure the pre-order allocation. Availability may be limited due to production quantities, regional allocations, or demand. If the vendor is unable to fulfill the pre-order for any reason, a full refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

2. Pricing

Pricing at the time of checkout reflects the current estimated retail price. Final retail pricing is subject to change prior to arrival of the merchandise. If the final confirmed price differs from the amount paid at checkout, Maxfield will notify the client before shipment.

3. Production and Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery windows are provided as guidance only. Production schedules, shipping timelines, customs clearance, and brand release policies may affect final delivery timing. Delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation once the vendor has confirmed the order.

4. Embargo and Brand Release Dates

Certain brands enforce strict release dates and embargo policies. If a pre-order item is subject to an official release date, shipment will not occur prior to the brand authorized launch date, regardless of arrival timing.

5. Order Finality

All pre-orders are considered final sale and are not eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange.

6. Vendor Cancellation

Vendors retain the right to cancel confirmed orders due to production issues, allocation changes, or other circumstances beyond Maxfield’s control. In the event of vendor cancellation, the client will receive a full refund.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By completing checkout, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Pre-Order Terms and Conditions.
