Our hearts go out to all those who have been affected by these unsettling times. Maxfield is still here at the forefront of fashion to stand for something different and uplift the spirit during these challenging times.

With the current state of COVID-19, we want to reassure our clients that we are taking all the necessary safety precautions for the health and wellbeing of our clients and employees, which includes following public health authorities recommended guidelines.

OUR WAREHOUSE TEAM

Our warehouse team is taking numerous preventative steps to avoid the spread of the virus, including conducting high frequency deep cleaning and sanitization processes, working in staggered shifts and observing increased social distancing practices. Staff is working to disinfect all surfaces multiple times daily, while wearing all proper protective gear to ensure the safety and cleanliness of your product.

OUR OFFICE EMPLOYEES

Nearly all office employees are working from home, and will continue to do so for the extended future. For the small number of office employees continuing to come into the office, we are performing frequent deep cleaning / sanitation of all office spaces, distributing disinfectant wipes, hand sanitizer, masks and gloves and requiring that all office employees observe increased social distancing practices.

YOUR PACKAGES

In addition to the safety and sanitization procedures listed above, we are also requiring employees to wear gloves when they come into contact with any products or internal packaging materials that will be received by clients. We are exposing the products to UV light in a systematic manner on each item before shipping as UV light kills bacteria and viruses on physical surfaces.

We use the below carriers to deliver orders and each of them have their own processes with regard to the handling of packages during this time. NO-CONTACT DELIVERY

We are also now offering No-Contact delivery within 15 miles of the LA store with a minimum purchase of $350: We will place the package at the door and advise customer of delivery, to ensure the recipient receives the package safely.

YOUR ORDERS

At this time, we are continuing to process all orders with the same levels of service that you have come to expect from MAXFIELD everyday.

The MAXFIELD team is actively and closely monitoring all relevant public health authority communications and will reflect changes as necessary to ensure we are operating with the utmost care.
