Constructed entirely with metal safety pins, this highly distinctive sleeveless dress was conceived by Noir's Kei Ninomiya. Forming a triangular geometric shape, each safety pin is carefully latched onto circular metal loops. A V-neck design paired with a long length gives this edgy dress some structure.
